My Puppies think they're the Buffalo Bills' offense. Everybody Eats.

My Great Pyrenees River had eight puppies a few weeks ago. This is the day we took them outside for the first time.

This is River hanging with the puppies' father Blue. Blue was born in the Blue Ridge Mountains in NC. River was born in Florida. They are great work dogs in charge of protecting the chickens and the horses.

River is taking care of the puppies in the dog area under the tree house. I built a fence around the outside as well, but chickens love fresh straw and visit regularly. River doesn't mind the chickens at all, but that's because she loves eggs. One night, I came out to check on the puppies around midnight, and Legolas, the chicken, was sleeping right next to the puppies. The farm is always interesting.
